Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to issue a refund once the files have been sent.

However, we will consider granting a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. To do so, we will need a detailed explanation of why the product did not work for you. We may also grant refunds if certain internal criteria are met (such as a duplicate order), and we will make these decisions at our reasonable discretion.

Please note that nothing in this policy obligates Sleeptightkid to issue a refund. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!
